'Goodbye Summer' Pie-Eating Contest Helps Library
Come on down to the Farmer's Market Wednesday and your entry fee to face-plant and gobble up pie will support Long Beach libraries. And post your photos.
First thought: Shut your pie hole, I can eat a lemon meringue and help our Long Beach libraries?

The First Annual Goodbye Summer Pie-Eating Contest will commence at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Marine Stadium farmer's market, and you're $6 entry fee goes straight to the Long Beach Public Library Foundation.
