Dave & Buster’s Is Hiring For New Solano County Restaurant
All positions needed - managers, servers, bartenders, game-tech experts & more - at arcade-style eatery that melds food, drinks & games.
FAIRFIELD, CA — Hiring is underway for the new Dave & Buster’s restaurant, slated to open May 24 at the Solano Town Center in Fairfield.
At least 127 new hires are planned to fill such diverse slots as managers, servers, bartenders, hosts, janitors, line cooks and game techs, according to company officials. Applications can be completed online here.
Texas-based Dave & Buster’s operates entertainment-focused restaurants with chef-crafted menus, beverages and TV-filled sports bars, plus state-of-the-art simulators and arcade games, aimed at all ages, throughout the U.S. and Canada. The planned Fairfield location will be the 17th in California and the first in Solano County.

“We’re thrilled to open Dave & Buster’s and bring good, clean fun to Fairfield,” said General Manager Alex Briones. “We’re looking to hire passionate and goal-oriented individuals with ‘work hard and play hard’ mentality and will provide a one-of-a-kind entertainment experience to all of our guests.”
The new establishment will open with health and safety precautions in place, including socially distanced interviews with temperatures taken and pens, computers and desks sanitized between applicants, plus mask requirements for team members.

The new venue is approximately 28,000 square feet, with hundreds of arcade games and a D&B Sports Bar with dozens of HDTVs, management said.
