Got Kids 5 To 10? 'Parent Project Jr.' Class Starts Soon
The session is offered in Fairfield. Sounds EXTREMELY useful ...

News from the Fairfield Police Department:
FAIRFIELD, CA -For those of us struggling to raise young children in a complicated world, trying to correct their troubling behavior can be a challenge, especially since kids don’t come with a manual. Uncorrected troubling behavior when children are young often leads to more serious, habitual trouble when they grow into their teens that are even more difficult to correct.
The Fairfield Police Department Crime Prevention Unit has helped parents of teenagers for over ten years through its Parent Project classes, but resources for parents of younger children have been scarce. In an effort to help parents of children ages 5-10 years old, the Fairfield Police Department is providing a new resource, Parent Project Jr. – Loving Solutions ®.

Parent Project Jr. - Loving Solutions is a parent-training program designed specifically for parents of younger children, ages 5-10 years old. The program utilizes the same principles found in the successful Parent Project ® Sr. class, adapted to the needs of younger children. The Parent Project Jr. – Loving Solutions class is a nine week series of classes that meets once a week. The classes teach a step-by-step action plan and effective intervention techniques that allow parents to take immediate steps to strongly influence their child’s negative choices.
