Overnight Lane Closures Scheduled In Benicia, Vallejo: Caltrans

SOLANO COUNTY, CA — Caltrans has scheduled various overnight lane closures the week of May 10 along Interstate Highways 80, 780, 680 in the cities of Vallejo and Benicia.

To ensure the safety of workers and the public, crews will close off one lane on the highway to make guardrail repairs along the I-80/I-780/I-680 corridors, Caltrans District 4 Spokesman Pedro Quintana said.

The work will begin at 8 p.m. and continue through 5 a.m.

Residents and businesses near the highway could experience some noise from the scheduled work, Quintana said.
