Friday, Feb. 15
9:06 a.m. - Reports of domestic family disturbance ends in an arrest.
2:14 p.m. -Â Reports of multiple juveniles loitering. They left when asked to by the responding officer.

3:30 p.m. - Reports of burglary at a Cambridge Circle home while resident was out.
8:26 p.m. - Arrest made at A Street following the discovery of a male juvenile in possession of marijuana. He was released to a parent.

10:41 p.m. - Jacob Stone, of Fairfield, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
10:52 p.m. - Reports of someone ringing doorbells on Ware Court. The responding officer was unable to locate a suspect.
10:56 p.m. - Â Another report of someone ringing doorbells on Snapdragon Drive. Again, officers were unable to locate a suspect.
Saturday, Feb. 16
4:12 a.m. -Â Reports of a burglary at a business on 2nd Street. A report was taken and the investigation is ongoing.
12:36 p.m. -Â Reports of a theft at a Solano Square business. The subject is seen on video taking liquor from the store.
7:11 p.m. -Â Reports of juveniles skateboarding at Benicia High School. The officer issued a warning to the minors as they were leaving the school.
10:43 p.m. - Arrest made on K Street: Brandie Sharp, of Benicia, arrested on charges of being in possession of drug paraphernalia.
10:54 p.m. -Â Reports of male subjects starting fights on 1st Street. Subjects are conteacted and picked up by cab. They are both "strongly warned."
11:31 p.m. - Reports of cars being egged on Brentwood Drive. Police are unable to locate suspects.
11:35 p.m. - Jordan Pass, of Trabuco Canyon, is arrested in Solano Square on charges of being drunk in public and loitering.
Sunday, Feb. 17
9:10 a.m. - Missing person located on Baker Street is returned home.
11:32 a.m. - Earl E. Rose is arrested along east-bound I-780 on sexual deviancy charges.
3:26 p.m. -Â Reports of several juveniles sitting on a vehicle along Lake Herman Road. One was holding a metal pipe. The responding officer reported the minors were gone upon arrival.
11:02 p.m. -Â Reports of a subject lying in the sidewalk of Panorama Drive. The responding officer reports its a stuffed mannequin and removes it from the street.
Monday, Feb. 18
4:33 p.m. -Â Reports of a large tree that fell on Drake Court. Public Works was dispatched to handle the situation.
4:44 p.m. - Reports of individuals setting a pallet on fire in a park near K Street. The suspects were gone prior to the responding officer's arrival.
Tuesday, Feb. 19
7:08 a.m. - Reports of a verbal argument between a mother and her daughter on Warwick Drive. An officer contacted the individuals and issues a verbal warning.
2:25 p.m. -Â Reports of an unknown female on campus for several hours.
Wednesday, Feb. 20
2:00 a.m. - Kaycee C. O'Connell, of Concord, was arrested near Grant Street on charges of possession of methamphetamine and was transported to the main County Jail.
3:45 a.m. - A second report of a daughter in a domestic dispute with her mother. This time the report indicated the daughter was throwing objects at the mother. Both parties were contacted and separated for the night again.
