Police Log: Noisy Daughters and a Stolen Car

7:21 a.m.: Officers began an investigation into the theft of car of Violet.

8:46 a.m.: Police opened an investigation into the theft of items from a car on Daffodil.  The car had been left unlocked so it wasn’t damaged during the robbery.

2:12 p.m.: There was a car illegally parked on El Bonito.

4:05 p.m.: Officers were called to the Southampton Center where a solicitor was not following the rules and was being extra aggressive toward customers.

7:21 p.m.: Police were called to a home on Sunset where, according to the mother in the home, a 16-year-old girl was allegedly out of control.  Officers had a calming affect on the girl.

10:03 p.m.: There were reports of loud banging noises coming from a residence on Riverview.  Investigating officers were informed that an 11-year-old girl was making a bit of extra noise.  The girl’s mother assured officers she would keep the youngster quiet.

Editor’s Note:  Even though I inject a bit of humor into these police logs, please remember, the men and women whose job it is to protect us rarely find it funny when they are approaching a drunk person or a building where the alarm is going off.
