Three teen actions to encourage our representatives to take a stand against gun violence.
The Stoneman Douglas High School teens are planning 3 actions to take a stand against gun violence. They are: Mar. 14 at 10 am, a school walkout for 17 minutes. Mar. 24, March for our Lives in Washington DC. (There is a satellite march in San Francisco). Apr. 20 at 10 am, a school walkout. I encourage all teens and the rest of the Benicia community to participate. I, for one, will be standing outside Benicia High School On March 14th and April 20th to show our teens that I am willing to listen, support, and do more for them than to offer mere thoughts and prayers.
