Deron Jennings of Vallejo, was taken to a hospital to be treated for minor injuries in connection with the standoff.

A Vallejo man was arrested earlier this week following a standoff with sheriff's deputies after he allegedly sexually assaulted someone.
Sheriff's deputies investigating the report of a sexual assault in the 100 block of Hugh Street in unincorporated Vallejo arrived shortly after 1 p.m. Thursday were led to a home in the 100 block of Skyway Drive.
Deputies found that the suspect was in the home and unsuccessfully tried to get him out for hours.

A surveillance robot was sent inside the home to locate the suspect but proved unsuccessful as well, officials said.
Deputies lobbied tear gas grenades into the home but still he would not emerge; it took a police dog to find the man in a crawlspace under the house, officials said.
