The deceased woman's daughter, a 58-year-old Vallejo resident, was driving the car and suffered minor injuries in the crash, police said.

Investigators said it does not appear speed played a factor in the crash as the vehicle was traveling slower than the posted speed limit at the time of impact.

Police also said it does not appear drugs or alcohol played a factor in the crash.
