The 8,100-square-foot, six bedroom, seven bathroom house sits on a .75 acre lot at 4975 Grizzly Peak Boulevard. It's been on the market about a year and a half.
The least expensive Berkeley house on the AOL real estate site is at 1208 Kains Ave. The 850-square-foot two bedroom, one bathroom home is listed at $364,000.
