Remember when we told you that Whoopi Goldberg listed her Berkeley home for $1.2 million? She got it--and then some!
Back in June, Whoopi Goldberg listed her Berkeley home close to University Avenue for $1.2 million. The main house was built in 1890, and the property includes a barn-like cottage.

Buyers snapped up the house for $2,025,000. Not bad, considering Whoopi paid just $335,000 back in 1985.
