Adam Levine Buys $35.5 Million Beverly Hills Home
The Maroon 5 singer bought the home from "Will and Grace" creator Max Mutchnick.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA – Welcome your new neighbor, Singer Adam Levine, to Beverly Hills. The Maroon 5 frontman bought a $35.5 million home from "Will and Grace" creator Max Mutchnick, according to Architectural Digest. The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home includes a screening room, pool, guest house, and tennis court. TMZ calls the mansion a "Beverly Hills masterpiece."
This isn't the first Los Angeles-area home the singer has owned. He bought a Holmby Hills home for $18 million in August 2017, but put it back on the market in November for $18.9 million without ever moving in, according to Architectural Digest. Maybe this time the singer will make his new purchase more homey. According to TMZ, his other house in Beverly Hills is now in escrow for $15.9 mil.
