• Michael Donovan Padilla, 20, of Los Angeles was arrested on Dec. 6. He was charged with vandalizing phone or cable lines, grand theft, damage of $400 or more, possession of burglary tools, criminal conspiracy and unauthorized interception of cable.

• Chenglong Liu, 25, of Alhambra, was arrested Dec. 2. He was charged with grand theft, commercial burglary and using access card obtained without consent of owner exceeding charges of more than $400.
• Qi Wang, 26, of Monterey Park, was arrested Dec. 2. He was charged with commercial burglary and using access card obtained without consent of owner exceeding charges of more than $400.
• Bin Wang, 23, of Alhambra, was arrested Dec. 2. He was charged with commercial burglary and using access card obtained without consent of owner exceeding charges of more than $400.
• Ryan Paul Hilliard, 30, of Beverly Hills, was arrested Dec. 6. He was charged with commercial burglary and possession of a controlled substance.
• Adam Cooper, 42, of Los Angeles, was arrested Dec. 4. He was charged with driving under the influence.
• Wilbert Gettys, 34, of Los Angeles, was arrested Dec. 4. He was charged with driving under the influence.
• Mark Aaron Haynie, 36, of Los Angeles, was arrested Dec. 5. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance.
• Camille Ramirez Luna, 32, of Los Angeles, was arrested Dec. 6. She was charged with driving under the influence and driving while the license is suspended.
• Courtenay Brooke Barrett, 22, of Pacific Palisades, was arrested Dec. 7. She was charged with driving under the influence.
• Boris Lavelle Love, 39, no residence listed, was arrested Dec. 8. He was taken into custody on an outside misdemeanor warrant.
• Glen Colin Williamson, 48, of Santa Ana, was arrested Dec. 8. He was charged with public intoxication.
