• Jeffrey Lamont Williams, 36, of Los Angeles, was arrested Dec. 22. He was charged with domestic assault.
• Ruth Ephraim, 80, of Beverly Hills, was arrested Dec. 19. She was charged with domestic assault.
• Jeff Alan Woynar, 43, of Los Angeles, was arrested Dec. 22. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and using stolen property.
• Zavier Armand Branch, 19, of Los Angeles, was arrested Dec. 21. He was charged with grand theft and commercial burglary.
• Robert Edward Thompson, 27, of Corona, was arrested Dec. 21 He was charged with receiving stolen property.
• Benisaca Bernard Butler, 35, no residence listed, was arrested Dec. 22. He was charged with theft of vehicle parts.
• Eric Fuentes, 24, of Los Angeles, was arrested Dec. 22. He was charged with possession of burglary tools and was also taken into custody on an outside misdemeanor warrant.
• Hope Mullins, 27, of Burbank, was arrested Dec. 20. She was charged with theft.
• Lyle James Null, 29, of Escondido, was arrested Dec. 17. He was charged with grand theft auto.
• Rahim Shabir Velji, 24, of Toronto, Canada, was arrested Dec. 20. He was charged with identity theft.
• Ronnie Joseph Scott, 33, of Moreno Valley, was arrested Dec. 20. He was charged with identity theft.
• Desiree Nicholle Reed, 25, of Lancaster, was arrested Dec. 20. She was charged with driving under the influence.
• Jose Antonio Mayoral, 29, of Los Angeles, was arrested Dec. 19. He was charged with public intoxication.
• Jonathan Min Kim, 40, of Los Angeles, was arrested Dec. 18. He was charged with theft.
• April Rosette Saenz, 23, of Ojai, was arrested Dec. 18. She was charged with driving under the influence.
• Keny Lenaic Ngouoni, 21, of Beverly Hills, was arrested Dec. 18. He was charged with driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level greater than 0.08.
• Barry McQuade, 53, of West Hollywood, was arrested Dec. 17. He was taken into custody based on an outside misdemeanor warrant.
• Hughy Addison, 54, of Santa Monica, was arrested Dec. 17. He was taken into custody based on an outside felony warrant.
