Beverly Hills Still Tops the Richie-Rich List

Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood and Malibu are still the ZIP codes where the richest of the rich still love to live, according to a new survey.

And Beverly Hills tops the list.

In the words of a CNBC report: "The rich have always liked to live near each other. It's what F. Scott Fitzgerald referred to as the 'consoling proximity of millionaires.'"

A new report from Coldwell Banker Previews International shows that Beverly Hills is the top ZIP code in America for the number of homes selling for $10 million or more, with 21 homes sold at $10 million or more between January 2012 and December 2012, the latest period measured.
