Beverly Hills Zip Codes Among 100 Most Expensive In U.S.
Los Angeles County has the highest number of pricey zips of any county nationwide, according to new data from PropertyShark.
BEVERLY HILLS, CA – It's a known fact that California real estate is expensive. PropertyShark released a list Monday of the 100 priciest zip codes in the U.S., and a whopping 91 entries are in the Golden State — up from 82 last year.
Los Angeles County has the highest number of pricey zips of any county nationwide, with 21 of its zip codes making an appearance on the list.
But how does Beverly Hills compare to the rest of the country?

Beverly Hills' famous 90210 zip code ranked fourth most expensive in the nation, up from 11th last year, according to PropertyShark. It's the second most expensive zip code in Los Angeles County with a median home sale price of $4,080,000.
But 90210 wasn't the only Beverly Hills zip code that made the list – the 90212 zip is ranked #39 in the nation (up from 52 last year) with a median home sale price of $2 million. The 90211 zip code also made the list, with a median home sale price of $1,968,000.

- 94027 in Atherton, CA with a median sale price of $7.05 million,>
- 11962 in Sagaponack, NY with a median sale price of $4.3 million
- 90402 in Santa Monica, CA with a median sale price of $4.15 million
- 90201 in Beverly Hills, CA with a median sale price of $4.08 million
- 10007 in New York, NY with a median sale price of $3.9 million
- 02199 in Boston, MA with a median sale price of $3.67 million
- 94301 in Palo Alto, CA with a median sale price of $3.52 million
- 10013 in New York, NY with a median sale price of $3.51 million
- 94022 in Los Altos, CA with a median sale price of $3.45 million
- 94957 in Ross, CA with a median sale price of $3.35 million

PropertyShark's Methodology: To determine which were the most expensive ZIP codes in the U.S., PropertyShark looked at all residential transactions closed between January 1, 2019 and November 5, 2019 taking into account condo, co-ops, single- and two-family homes. All package deals were excluded.
