BHPD Seeks Attempted Purse Snatching Suspect In Beverly Hills
"The suspect attempted to pull the victim's purse from her shoulder causing the victim to fall to the ground," police said.
BEVERLY HILLS, CA — The Beverly Hills Police Department released Wednesday images of a man suspected of trying to snatch a woman's purse in Beverly Hills.
The attempted robbery occurred on May 30 in the 9700 block of Wilshire Boulevard, near Roxbury Drive, according to Beverly Hills police.
"The suspect attempted to pull the victim's purse from her shoulder causing the victim to fall to the ground," according to a police statement. "The suspect was unsuccessful in stealing the purse."

The suspect is described as white, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall and 170 to 200 pounds.
Anyone who recognizes the suspect was urged to call BHPD Detective Kevin Burger at 310-285-2149 or 310-550-4951.
