Charlie Sheen Quietly Selling Beverly Hills Bachelor Pad

The home was reportedly the location of Sheen's wild sexcapades and drug- and alcohol-fueled parties.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Infamous playboy and actor Charlie Sheen is quietly selling his bachelor pad in Beverly Hills, according to media reports.

The actor's Mulholland Estate property is reportedly on the market for $9 million, according to the gossip website TMZ.com. Sheen bought the home in 2006 for $7.2 million. The home was reportedly Sheen's bachelor pad and the site of his “wild parties fueled by drugs and alcohol, and epic sexual escapades,” according to TMZ.

The five-bedroom mansion is decked with numerous exterior columns and balconies. The house was built in 1992 and comes with a pool. This property was reportedly the location where Sheen's Mercedes-Benz was stolen from the driveway and launched off a cliff on Mulholland Drive in 2010.
