Half-Naked Models Used To Sell 'Most Expensive Home' In Beverly Hills
The asking price is $100 million, but that's not the most shocking thing about this house.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Apparently, sex sells everything in Hollywood, including real estate. The compound is known as Opus, and it's being touted as the most expensive home in Beverly Hills. The asking price is $100 million, but that's not the most shocking thing about this house. In the most Hollywood way, the home is being marketed by a video promo replete with half-naked models.
The 20,500-square-foot residence with seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms has everything any gaudily rich person would want: several swimming pools that overlook the city, a salon and wellness center and a 10-car "museum" that comes with a Rolls Royce and Lamborghini.
To top it off (if that's possible), the home includes a champagne vault that can hold 170 bottles of Cristal champagne. There's also an overflow room that can hold an additional 944 bottles, if 170 wasn't enough. But what pushed this listing over the top is the bizarre sales video.

The home that formerly stood on this lot, 1175 N. Hillcrest Road, Beverly Hills, CA, was impressive in its own right. Built in 1963, that house was described as "a magnificent Trousdale Estates contemporary home." It sold in 2012 for $9.8 million, according to Realtor.com. Developer Nile Miami built the new house, which has been featured on CNBC's "Executive Edge."
In the three-minute (NSFW?) video promo from the real estate firm Hilton & Hyland, writhing, nearly naked gold-coated models can be seen enjoying the amenities of the home with the pretend female homeowner. The hedonistic overtones cranked up a notch when the owner breaks open a bottle of Cristal.
