The home at 9555 Lime Orchard Road is on the market for $7.995 million, AOL Real Estate reported.
The 5,500-square-foot residence has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Its features include a koi pond, pool and stone courtyard.
Simpson bought the house in 2005 for $5,275,000, according to the listing.
