Judge Dismisses Paparazzo Charges Against Rob Kardashian

Kardashian's attorney presents a signed declaration from the photographer that she did not want to have Kardashian prosecuted.

A judge has dismissed two misdemeanor counts against Rob Kardashian—known for his appearances on "Dancing With The Stars" and his family's reality TV show—stemming from an alleged run-in with a female photographer.

Over the prosecution's objection, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Edward Moreton granted a defense motion to dismiss the case after Kardashian's attorney presented a signed declaration from the photographer that she did not want to have Kardashian prosecuted, according to Jane Robison of the District Attorney's Office.

The two misdemeanor charges of battery and petty theft stemmed from a March 27 run-in between the 26-year-old reality TV star and a photographer who took a photograph of him without his shirt on at a parking structure in Beverly Hills. Kardashian, 26, also allegedly took a memory chip from the photographer.

Kardashian reached a civil settlement with the photographer earlier, TMZ.com reported in May.
