LATAM Offers Culinary Surprises for Economy Class Passengers
Over 300 new dishes on international flights over seven hours
A new menu of chef-crafted cuisine is available to economy class passengers on board LATAM’s international flights – over seven hours. Travelers can now experience a Latin American, vegetarian or international dish that’s 50% larger than before!
Approximately 14,000 passengers on 64 flights a day will now have new lunch and dinner options… all in a fashionable newly designed tray. The restaurant-quality choices include a hot entree, lighter cold entree or vegetarian meal, along with drink service and a snack. There is also a savory or sweet breakfast option, all at no additional cost.
“We want to offer our passengers quality cuisine in sufficient quantities and with many more options, as well as to feel comforted by the gastronomy of Latin America,” states Claudia Sender, Senior Vice President Clients, LATAM Airlines Group. “We understand that dining on long flights makes a great difference to the type of experience passengers can have.”

Breakfast dishes have been upgraded as well, including choices like omelets with roasted potatoes and tomato sauce or Belgian waffles with berry compote.
