Lockdown Lifted After Police Search for Second Burglary Suspect Tuesday Evening
Officers limit access to streets and homes near the 1100 block of Calle Vista Drive for about four hours as they search for the second of two burglary suspects.
Helicopters and police vehicles swarmed the area near Calle Vista Drive and Doheny Road early Tuesday evening.
A Beverly Hills Police Department alert reported that officers locked down the area around 5:30 pm. as they sought the second of two suspects in a burglary in the 1100 block of Calle Vista.
According to the alert, a resident saw two men leaving a house with duffle bags and called police around 5:10 p.m. The first arrest was made just after.

The alert also advised residents to stay indoors during the search.
The area was officially declared safe and the lockdown lifted around 9:30 p.m., said Mike Miner, the Beverly Hills Police Department officer serving as watch commander during the incident

According to Miner the investigation continues. "We will get him," he said. Â
