Madonna's Former Beverly Hills Estate On Market For $35 Million

Have what it takes to be a "Material Girl?" This mansion is full of star power with amenities fit for a celebrity.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA – This home has seen plenty of star power. In 2003, Superstar Madonna scooped up this Beverly Hills mansion for $12 million (like the "Material Girl" she is) from actress Sela Ward. Then, Madonna found a $19.5 million buyer in 2013, according to The Observer.

The new owner sold it to billionaire and founder of Rockstar energy drink Russell Weiner in 2015. Weiner, who's also the son of conservative radio host Michael Savage, remodeled the home and then put it back on the market for $45 million in March 2017. After some reconsideration, the price was slashed, eventually taken off the market, and now it's back at a reduced $35 million, the website wrote.

The gorgeous nine-bedroom, 14-bathroom home was built in 1968 but looks as good as new. It includes celebrity-worthy amenities like a 15-seat home theater, a 60 ft. long resort-style pool and spa, tennis court, high-end fitness center, seven fireplaces, a full professional bar, and even staff quarters.
