NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board of Beverly Hills Unified School District, at the District’s board meeting to be held at 5:00 p.m. on May 11, 2021 will consider seeking a waiver from the State Board of Education of the competitive bidding procedures set forth in Education Code section 17466 et seq. for the potential lease of District property located at 255 South Lasky Drive, Beverly Hills CA 90212, known as the District Office. The District’s Board invites public testimony regarding this matter. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting will be held virtually. Thus, anyone interested in providing testimony regarding the waiver can contact the District Representative for further instructions regarding participation.
