Vista Del Mar Child & Family Services and Home-SAFE celebrate "Game Changer" Alina Vega's Service and Most Recent Awards
Alina Vega, M.S., Vice President, Child Development Prevention and Early Education Services at Home-Safe, a division of Vista Del Mar, has been recognized as a "Game Changer" and honored with the distinguished 2020 BOLD Leader Award by the National Head Start Association and the Ford Foundation.
In addition, Alina has been lauded for her Leadership Excellence by the Los Angeles Business Journal, nominated for their 2021 Leadership of the Best Diversity and Inclusion Team Award, part of this year's Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Symposium event.
Alina's award-worthy dedication reflects her commitment and unique ability to optimize the lives of both her Home-SAFE team and the Vista families she feels privileged to serve-in the best and most challenging of times. She is steadfast, compassionate and devoted to ensuring inclusivity in rendering wraparound support programs and services for her colleagues and community.

Home-SAFE, serves the metropolitan Los Angeles area with prevention and early intervention programs including
child care, counseling, parent education, child development guidance, mental health, and family support services. Within the family support branch, The Family Project program is specifically funded for child abuse/ neglect prevention and early intervention.
Vista's Vision and Values are guided by the core values of empowerment, equity, and excellence, striving always to improve the wellbeing of children of all circumstance and ability, including those most at-risk, many of whom have faced multi-generational inequities and disproportionate challenges throughout the pandemic.
