Ricky Martin 'Livin' La Vida Loca' in $13.5M Mansion in Beverly Hills
The pop star just bought the swanky pad with fiancé Jwan Yosef.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Latin pop star Ricky Martin recently bought a gloriously reimagined estate in the Beverly Crest, according to Realtor.com.
Reimagined? Well, the original house was built in 1953 but was torn down by a builder in 2014 and rebuilt from scratch using the original footprint. The rebuilt mansion is 11,300 square feet with seven bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms — more than double the number of bedrooms and bathrooms of the original house.
The house features white oak flooring, a wet bar, and walls of glass looking onto a nearly 1-acre yard. The master suite has a three-sided fireplace and his-and-his bathrooms. Martin is engaged to Swedish painter and artist, Jwan Yosef.

Martin and Yoself will have plenty of room for entertaining. Outside, there's an infinity pool, parking for nine cars and a 2,000-square-foot “secluded wellness center” — what the rest of us might call a spa.
The singer bought the house for $13.5 million, which means builder made bank. The original house was sold for $3.5 million in 2014.
