Steve Wynn Lists Beverly Hills Mega-Mansion For $110 Million

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Disgraced casino mogul Steve Wynn has just listed his Beverly Hills mega-mansion for $110 million. This eye-popping price tag makes the 11-bedroom, 14-bathroom, 27,000-square-foot estate the fourth most expensive property currently for sale in Los Angeles County, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

The current record for the highest priced home sale in California history took place in Beverly HIlls in February 2020, when Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos spent $165 million on David Geffen's Warner estate.

Wynn bought the property from Guess Jeans co-founder Maurice Marciano for $47.8 million in 2015, according to the Los Angeles Times. Located on 2.7 acres behind gates atop Benedict Canyon, it boasts a main house, guest house, swimming pool, tennis court, and terraces and patios offering sweeping city views. All the bells and whistles are in full force, including a wine cellar, indoor theater, gymnasium, spa, and all the other luxuries expected of a nine-figure home.

Wynn served as chief executive of Mirage Resorts before selling the company and founding Wynn Resorts. He stepped down as CEO in 2018 over allegations of sexual misconduct, which he has denied. In 2019, he paid a settlement of $20 million to Wynn Resorts.

With an estimated net worth of $3 billion, Wynn owns lavish homes all over the country.
