Taylor Swift Leaves 'Blank Space' By Selling Beverly Hills Homes

The singer-songwriter sold one estate for $4 million, and put another house on the market that's right down the street.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA – Amidst some terrifying stalking problems, Taylor Swift is "shaking off" her Beverly Hills mansion. The award-winning singer-songwriter has sold her Beverly Hills mini-estate for $4 million in an off-market deal, and then put another home for sale that's on the same street.

The estate that sold for $4 million sits on nearly 1.4 acres of land and has a three-bedroom main house along with a guest house, according to Los Angeles Times. Gorgeous French doors open to the scenic grounds, which include a covered patio, vine-covered arbors and an outdoor fireplace, the newspaper reported.

Just down the street, the star's second home is on the market for $2.95 million, real estate sources told Los Angeles Times.

Swift's move to rid herself of her Beverly Hills real estate may have to do with some "Bad Blood," as the singer has had apparent issues with trespassers. An obsessed Taylor Swift fan was recently arrested at her Beverly Hills mansion for trespassing just one week after a transient was arrested for attempting to scale the wall of the same home.

Julius Sandrock, a 38-year-old man, told police he drove from his home in Broomfield, Colorado to see the singer, who wasn't home at the time. Police said he was wearing a mask and rubber gloves when he was arrested on suspicion of stalking, and authorities also found rope, ammunition, more masks and gloves, and prescription medications, including oxycodone, according to the police report.

Sandrock also told authorities that he owned three handguns and was on probation in Colorado for firing one of them illegally.
