Wild Goose Chase Blocks Traffic In Beverly Hills

Feathers were ruffled when an unexpected hazard blocked traffic in Beverly Hills.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA – In Beverly Hills, feathers were ruffled as a wild goose chase held up traffic Thursday afternoon. No, literally – a goose blocked traffic on a street in the 400 block of North Oakhurst, and police were called to the scene to corral the bird to safety.

Sometimes the traffic hazard call isn't what they're expecting, Beverly Hills police said on Twitter. The goose was blocking the roadway but traffic officers helped it out of the street, police officials told Patch.

"Looks like the goose is trying his best to show he can direct traffic with the best of them," the tweet continued.
