Elvis' Landmark $30M Former Beverly Hills Home Just Went On Sale (PHOTOS)
While this is not Graceland, the home is still a popular landmark for Elvis fans nearly 40 years after his death.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — This house, with its panoramic city and ocean views, is truly a lodging worthy of a king — literally. Elvis, the King of Rock 'n' Roll, once called it home.
Elvis bought the home he once shared with wife Priscilla and daughter Lisa Maria in 1967 for a mere $400,000. Now it's on the market for $30 million. It was last sold in 2014 for around $15 million.
While this is not Graceland, the home is still a popular landmark for Elvis fans nearly 40 years after his death. The 1.18-acre property still has the original gates, including the many messages from fans to Elvis scribbled on them. Elvis was said to have greeted his fans and talked to them through the gates.
