Exclusive bw Residences to Open in Grand Style on Thursday

Transforming one of the most underutilized corners in West Los Angeles, the bw residences will open its doors for an official grand opening on Thursday, September 26. Developer California Landmark Group (CLG) will roll out the red carpet to introduce a new sophisticated living concept to the Westside. 

The invitation-only event will showcase the sleek new residences and the modern, full-service lifestyle residents can now enjoy at the bw. Guests will be greeted with valet parking, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, and then take in the new ground-floor resident lounge with its sleek communal kitchen, concierge area and outdoor pavilion. Four model units will be available for viewing, and guests will ultimately congregate on the rooftop garden that features private seating areas, grilling stations and sweeping views of Los Angeles.
