Sales on two pricey Brentwood homes - 311 North Rockingham Ave. and 12830 Sunset Blvd. - closed in the last week, reports CurbedLA.

311 North Rockingham Ave. sold for $13.89 million and is described as "one of the most extraordinary homes on the Westside," according to Redfin. The Spanish colonial with more than 34,000 square footage of land has seven bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms.

It was formerly owned by Rhino Records founder Richard Foos.

12830 Sunset Blvd., located in Brentwood Park, sold for $5.8 million. It has four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
