Foster City police declined to provide an update on Wayne Bair’s condition this morning and whether he’s expected to survive his injuries.
Wayne and Marie Bair were found when police responded to a medical emergency in the 200 block of Spinnaker Street at about 8 p.m. on June 13. Both were found suffering from stab wounds. Marie Bair, who appeared to have been stabbed by her husband, was dead by the time officers arrived.
