Burlingame Mother's Day Weather: She's Going To Love It!

BURLINGAME, CA — This Mother's Day Weekend is shaping up to be a great one on the Peninsula. Forecasters say there will be some strong winds in the nearby communities of the North Bay Mountains, East Bay Hills and Santa Cruz Mountains — but so far the Peninsula is spared from any high wind watches that have been issued.

The National Weather Service says the Bay Area will see "continued seasonably mild conditions Saturday but then cooling into Sunday as a southerly surge impacts the region."

Sunny skies and a high of 68 are expected on Mom's Day in Burlingame, which means it will be a great day to be outside — even if it means you might need a light sweater.

Cloudy early, then gradual clearing, with a high near 66. Breezy, with a west wind 17 to 23 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph.

Tonight
Mostly clear, with a low around 50. Breezy, with a west wind 20 to 25 mph decreasing to 14 to 19 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 32 mph.

Friday
Sunny, with a high near 73. West wind 7 to 12 mph increasing to 13 to 18 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 24 mph.

Friday Night
Clear, with a low around 54. North northwest wind 13 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Saturday
Sunny, with a high near 73. Northwest wind 7 to 11 mph becoming west southwest in the morning.
