Burlingame Offers Once-a-Year Class For Local Homeowners/Builders

Mark your calendar for April 27, when the City of Burlingame is offering a once-a-year Owner/Builder workshop led by Joseph Cyr, the city’s chief building official.

The class weighs the pros and cons of being an owner or builder in Burlingame, and presents a history of uniform building codes. It gives tips of hiring a contractor.

The two-hour session will include a Q&A, and a presentation by Central Coast Fire Authority with helpful hints regarding fire code requirements in residential structures.
