Burlingame's Memorial Day Weekend Forecast: Warming Trend Coming

Don't let Friday's weather fool you. It's about to change.

BURLINGAME, CA — Though Friday was predicted to be "unseasonably cool" with scattered showers, Peninsula residents and visitors can expect a warming trend to kick in this holiday weekend, forecasters said. High pressure is expected to build in the region, leading to warmer temperatures on Sunday through Tuesday especially.

A 30 percent chance of showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 63. Southwest wind 8 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Friday Night
A 20 percent chance of showers before 11pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 53. West wind 9 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Saturday
Partly sunny, with a high near 63. West wind 13 to 21 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph.

Saturday Night
Partly cloudy, with a low around 52. Breezy, with a west wind 16 to 23 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

Sunday
Sunny, with a high near 67. West wind 6 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph.

Sunday Night
Mostly clear, with a low around 54.

Memorial Day
Sunny, with a high near 69.

Mostly clear, with a low around 54.
