DUI Patrol Yields 1 Arrest In Burlingame

BURLINGAME, CA — A police patrol searching for impaired drivers resulted in the arrest of one driver on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving under a suspended/revoked license, police said Monday.

Police conducted the patrol Friday in Burlingame, stopping 33 cars. Last year, 25 DUI collisions occurred in Burlingame, resulting in 7 injuries, according to police.

Police will conduct another "saturation patrol" for DUI from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. Friday, Feb. 7.
