Explosions Rock Boston Marathon — 4 Burlingame Residents Finish Race
There have been no names of casualties released at this time after two bombs explode at finish line. One Burlingame resident did not finish before the explosions.
Update: 1:12 p.m.
ESPN and ABC News are reporting that the Boston Police Department has confirmed at least 23 people were injured and two were killed in the explosions the rocked the finish line at the Boston Marathon.
So far, no names of either the injured or the dead have been released.

Two large explosions rocked the finish line at the Boston Marathon today.

According to the Boston Athletic Association website, five Burlingame residents had started the race; one had not finished at the time the bombs detonated.
Burlingame residents Christine Cadman finished at 03:45:38; Crissy Straub of Burlingame finished at 03:31:27; Phil Lu finished at 03:29:23; and Sharlene Chinn finished the race at 04:06:06, less than 3 minutes before the explosions.

Julie Jacobs of Burlingame did not finish the race before the explosions, according to tracking on the race website.
The bombs reportedly detonated at the 4:09:00 mark of the race.
