Free Film Workshop for Students
Kids in grades 4-12 get training for contest with cash prizes

Students in grades 4 through 12 who live or attend school in San Mateo County are invited to a free Film Workshop from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 23. Pre-registration is required at burlingamefilmfest.com/film-workshop
Members of Burlingame High School's environmental club will teach video skills to help students enter the CEC Student Film Fest cosponsored by the club and the Citizens Environmental Council. Entries are due March 1 for the contest, which invites students to enter videos on the environmental topic of their choice.
Entries are due March 1 for the annual contest, which invites students to enter videos on the environmental topic of their choice. CEC is providing cash prizes that will be awarded to student filmmakers in three categories: grades 4-5 ($100), grades 6-8 ($150) and high school ($350).
