enthusiasts from around the world. This premier event will feature more than 225 cars

and motorcycles, from vintage to modern eras, with a special exhibit peeking into the

future of the automobile.

The cars will parade down Burlingame Avenue on Saturday, July 14th at 10am, as they prepare for the next

day’s Concours event. “It’s very exciting to see this many amazing cars gather in one location, we are thrilled

with this year’s entries,” said Richard Kelaita, the Hillsborough Concours d’Elegance Chairman.

New this year is the “American Sports Car” class of vehicles. On display will be a rare,

multi-award winning 1952 Cunningham C-3 coupe with the original Chrysler Hemi

engine and a freshly restored 1965 Shelby Cobra with less than 35,000 miles and a

distinctive black exterior and red interior.

The 2018 Concours will showcase two classic marques: Buick, the oldest active

American marque, and the potent elegance of Italy’s Lamborghini. In addition, historic

cars from preeminent automobile museums such as the National Automobile Museum

in Reno, Nevada will awe spectators. The event will also showcase entirely new vehicle

concepts from pioneering car-design organizations, such as San Francisco’s Academy

of Art University’s Auto Design and Restore Department.

Tickets are $35 online and $40 at the gate, children 12 and under are free. All proceeds from the event will

benefit Autism Speaks, The Guardsmen of San Francisco and the Hillsborough Schools

Foundation.
