Hillsborough Police Investigate 3 Home Burglaries Over Weekend

Hillsborough police are asking residents in the the areas to check their security cameras for footage of possible suspects.

HILLSBOROUGH, CA — Hillsborough police believe that two of three residential burglaries that occurred over the weekend were connected.

Two burglaries occurred on Saturday and another on Sunday. Police found stolen property from the first burglary at the site of the second burglary on Saturday. Both of those incidents occurred between 9:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. in west Hillsborough, according to police.

The Sunday incident occurred at around 10:30 a.m. at a home in the 1100 block of Marlborough Road.

According to police, the only property taken from the three robberies were items from a bedroom at a home on the 300 block of Barbara Way. Nobody was at the home at the time, but a surveillance camera captured three suspects and their vehicle, police said.

  • 5/29/21 – 9:00 pm – 10:15 pm – Barbara Way and Darrell Road – Compact SUV possibly a Mazda CX-5
  • 5/30/21 – 10:30 am – 10:45 am 1100 Block of Marlborough Road/Cardigan Road - purple compact car
