Home on San Francisco's Iconic Lombard Street For Sale (Photos)

Lombard Street in San Francisco, proclaimed “the crookedest street in the world,” appears in countless tourist selfies. A home on this historic street recently came on the market.

It’s actually a duplex--pink and situated on a curve.

The duplex features a spiral staircase lined with gold leaf. That’s the first hint the price tag is steep: $3.9 million. The home on Russian Hill boasts views of the Bay and Coit Tower.

The price tag also covers hardwood floors throughout, multiple fireplaces, multiple decks, and a three car garage accessed from the street behind the home.

Built in 1948, it’s had the same owner for 55 years. The duplex is located at 1047 - 1049 Lombard.
