Police Blotter: 12 Reports of Fireworks on 4th of July and More
The following information was supplied by the Burlingame Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, July 3
1:14 a.m. Suspicious activity was reported at Hale Drive and Vancouver Avenue. It was a male and female who live in the area out for a late night walk.
9:18 a.m. An unknown person was shooting at a building on the 1700 block of Hillside Drive with a BB gun.

12:03 a.m. Two subjects got in an argument over a parking spot on the 1800 block of El Camino Real.
Wednesday, July 4

12:00 a.m. There was a report of a subject throwing fireworks out of a window of a mustang at Linden Avenue and Morrell Avenue. There were 11 other reports of fireworks throughout the day and night.
10:41 a.m. There was a report of a missing juvenile on the 600 block of Airport Boulevard. The juvenile was found and no crime occurred. The juvenile had just wandered away.
12:52 p.m. A driver left his lane of traffic and yelled at pedestrians at Burlingame Avenue and Park Road. The truck was gone when police arrived, but a note was left for the driver at his home.
Thursday, July 5
3:01 a.m. A raccoon entered a family home on the 3000 block of Alcazar Drive through a doggy door. The family and pets locked themselves in their rooms until police arrived. Police found the raccoon had already left the home.
7:46 a.m. A residential porch was damaged by fireworks on the 1200 block of Cortez Avenue.
12:29 p.m. A man was reported carrying two large containers into a tree grove on the 500 block of California Drive. The containers were found, but the man was gone when police arrived.
4:10 p.m. There was a vehicle fire on the 1200 block of California Drive.
