Police Blotter: Vandalizing Jogger Captured on Camera

Wednesday, September 5

8:13 a.m. A resident requested that police check on a person she saw in her neighborhood and did not recognize at Bernal Avenue and Easton Drive.

8:39 a.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported on the 1600 block of Bayshore Highway.

9:31 a.m. A car was blocking a crosswalk at Carolan Avenue and Mangini Way.

11:31 a.m. Shoplifting occured on the 1800 block of El Camino Real.

12:45 p.m. A resident reported a neighbor's dog was off his leash and pushed him from behind on the 0 block of Las Piedras Court.

4:21 p.m. A resident reported an unknown man pounding on his door on the 0 block of Dwight Road a few times and asked what to do. He was told to call police the next time the man returns.

5:57 p.m. A resident on the 2100 block of Hillside Drive said a jogger damaged his landscaping and he had captured it on video.
