Are you looking for a way to join in your community and be a part of the future of Burlingame? Are zoning laws, building design reviews and following ordinances your thing? Maybe you’re more into the aesthetics of Burlingame, or love being part of the City’s events and planning activities. Then one of the commission openings in Burlingame may be for you.

There are currently two seats available of the Parks & Recreation Commission, three seats available on the Beautification Commission and one seat open on the Planning Commission.

The City is looking for interested citizens to join these critical commissions.

Commissioners offer their enthusiasm, ideas and recommendations to the City Council and staff, working together to make the most informed decisions for the betterment of all who live and work in Burlingame.

The applications for both the Parks & Recreation and Beautification commissions are due October 26. The Planning Commission applications are due September 28.
