SMC Democratic Party Donates $10K to Local Nonprofits

Burlingame, CA - The San Mateo County Democratic Central Committee (SMCDCC) is pleased to announce donations totaling $10,000 to six community service agencies during the ongoing COVID crisis.

“This is a difficult season for many,” said SMCDCC Chair Karen Maki. “We are so happy to help our neighbors during this difficult time. The San Mateo County Democratic Central Committee is committed to lifting up our community and these worthy organizations provide services that align with our values.”

The six agencies selected to receive a donation serve diverse clientele throughout San Mateo County.

Each of the organizations that received a donation are non-partisan 501(c)(3) organizations.

The San Mateo County Democratic Central Committee is the only affiliate of the California Democratic Party in San Mateo County. The SMCDCC works to support Democratic candidates and promote Democratic values in San Mateo County and the State of California.
