UPDATE: Missing Burlingame Man Found Safe in LA

Robert Archambault, who went missing in Burlingame Saturday, was found in Los Angeles.

A 75-year-old man who had gone missing from a medical care facility in Burlingame Saturday afternoon was found Sunday night in Los Angeles, a Burlingame police corporal said.

Robert Archambault, who is confined to a manual wheelchair, went missing from Burlingame Long Term Care, located at 1100 Trousdale Drive, at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Cpl. David Tackett said.

Los Angeles police located Archambault in Los Angeles at 9 p.m. Sunday, Tackett said.

Archambault, who has extensive medical issues, including a missing right eye, diabetes, kidney disease and circulatory problems, was evaluated by medical personnel in Los Angeles and checked out OK, Tackett said.
