Week Ahead: Downtown Sidewalk Sale Returns

What's on tap for this week? Keep an eye out for these events and stories. We'll be there to cover them.

• Looking for some computer guidance? Stop by the Burlingame Public Library for Drop-In Computer Lab at 3 p.m. Monday.
• The City Council meets Monday at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers. A 6 p.m. study session will be held on water and sewer rates prior to the meeting. The council will also hear an update on the Burlingame Avenue streetscape improvement project.
• The Library Board of Trustees meets Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at the Burlingame Public Library.
• Join a disaster preparedness class Wednesday at 7 p.m. The two-hour class, taught by Central County Fire Department staff, will help you and your neighbors prepare for a disaster. Register by calling 650-558-7668.
• On Friday and Saturday, the Downtown Business Improvement District is sponsoring the Downtown Burlingame Sidewalk Sale.
