- The author of Amidst Latvians During the Holocaust Edward Anders is speaking at the Burlingame Public Library on Monday at 7 p.m.
- The Burlingame City Council meets Monday at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers.
- Hands-on computer class: Facebook, Part 2 takes place Tuesday at 12 p.m. at the Burlingame Public Library.
- The Burlingame Library Trustees meet Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Burlingame Public Library.
- The Burlingame Public Library is holding a Presidential Debate viewing at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
- Author James Dashner will discuss his new young readers series, Infinity Ring, at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Burlingame Public Library.
- The Hillsborough School District is holding a Superintendent’s Coffee Wednesday at South Hillsborough School.
- The Burlingame Library Foundation Book Sale begins Thursday and runs through Sunday.
- Thursday is the Great Shake-out earthquake drill at 10 a.m.
- The Burlingame Parks and Recreation Commission meets Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Burlingame Recreation Center.
- The St. Paul’s Nursery School is holding a Halloween Fun Faire Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
